By using this site or purchasing a digital publication, you agree to these terms.

2. Consulting services

Service information on this site is informational and does not constitute a commercial offer. Scope, timeline and price are set out in a specific proposal agreed with Spectrum Engenheiros Consultores Reunidos.

3. Digital publications

Publications are licensed for the buyer's individual use. The download link is personal, time-limited and capped by number of uses. Redistribution, resale or sharing of the file is not permitted.

4. Webinars

Live sessions take place at the stated date and time. The access link is individual and sent to the registrant. If Spectrum Engenheiros Consultores Reunidos cancels a session, the amount paid is refunded in full.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, purchases by individuals may be cancelled within 7 calendar days by e-mailing [email protected].

6. Intellectual property

All technical content, text, trademarks and materials on this site belong to Spectrum Engenheiros Consultores Reunidos and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Published technical content is informational and educational. Applying it in a production process requires analysis of the specific plant conditions, which is delivered under a consulting agreement.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law.
